Do all you can to heal

To repair your body fully takes 11 months, every cell is replaced over 11 months, and since most health changes are gradual, and since most of us are oblivious to what damage we are actually doing to our bodies even if we are eating right and have found and eradicated all the toxins, and since most who are chronically sick actually take longer to replace cells, it could take over 2 years to get full cell health restoration. If you are dying or very chronically ill, you may not have that long. If you refuse all medical treatment and go 100% natural – you could die before the cells are restored. A smarter choice would be to seek the expertise of all who you feel will benefit you, based on your condition and the cause. Get medical advice & diagnosis from a doctor, get nutrition advice from someone who has studied nutrition, get therapy advice from someone trained in therapy.  And then do all you can to make healthy lifestyle choices to ensure you aid in a positive way to whatever treatment you are given. Do all you can to restore cell health and remove toxins.

We don’t have to turn into hippies or trust any magic voodoo weird stuff, we just have to look at what we has changed in our modern society and figure out what has really caused us to be sick. What went wrong that 1 in 5 of us are now affected by cancer, that almost all of us have some kind of ailment, whether it be depression, stress, constant sickness, digestion problems, or more chronic problems which need to be dealt with swiftly.

Thesedays, in modern society, the computerized doctors are getting a lot of their suggested treatments directly from pathology/drug companies. The latest drug comes out, and symptoms inserted into the computer database. The doctors are sent samples, case studies, gifts, and brochures. The doctors would need many hours a week to keep up-to-date with all the research. There are over 4,000 books and papers on MSG alone, let alone the millions of other research around the world on every kind of disease and ailment. If you want to keep up-to-date, you need to be dedicated to your own cause, your own symptoms.

Small Changes, Big Benefits

Regardless of what disease or illness we have, taking care of our cells will benefit, and not harm us.

Regardless of what illness we have, our body needs fluids, regardless of what illness we have, our body can benefit from healthier cells, regardless of what disease we have, a brighter outlook will encourage health.

Regardless of what illness we have, our bodies will benefit from not being around toxins, our bodies will benefit from not fighting infections, our bodies will benefit from removal of parasites, our organs can benefit from a cleanse, our bodies can benefit of oxygen, from cleaner intestines/colon, benefit from exercise

The point I’m trying to make here, is that it’s not witchery, “hippy”, or “quackery” to take care of yourself better and be more consciously aware of the substances that you are ingesting and to remove the things you know are causing illness, it’s just common sense.
